Water and water vapor has a far larger effect on global temperatures than CO2.

But they never let facts get in the way.

CO2 = < 400ppM = < 0.04 % of atmosphere
H2O = 25,000 ppM = 2.5 % of atmosphere

BTW, note that the CO2 levels did not statistically correlate with the atmosphere temperatures in the 1940’s.
