Pay particular attention to this American convert/revert to Islam's forehead. The Zabiba (forehead bruise) shows other followers of Islam that you are pious and pray so often and with such enthusiasm you get a bruise on your forehead prostrating to Allah. Mike here probably used a hot spoon on the forehead to accelerate the Zabiba process and his standing with his Middle Eastern descendant friends.
