DOJ also said that Florida’s voter roll purge violated the National Voter Registration Act, which stipulates that voter roll maintenance should have ceased 90 days before an election, which given Florida’s August 14 primary, meant May 16.
Does this mean no registration as well?!!

There is only one reason why the DemocRATS won't allow them to clean up their rolls. VOTER FRAUD!

Removing someone from the rolls who might still be alive is no big deal. If the person is still processing oxygen on the planet, they can go in and complete a "provisional" ballot on election day. Most DemocRATS drive around on election day filling out "provisional ballots" all over the place anyway.

If the same voter rolls are used for State elections, why can’t they clean the rolls up for those elections? Can they help it if the lists are the same????

This all started when they found illegal aliens were registered to vote but when called to jury duty they begged-off claiming that since they weren’t citizens they couldn’t perform jury duty.

Of course, Obama and the Holder Justice Department approve of vote fraud which is why only Democrats are the ones convicted for vote fraud.

Easy solution. Keep a list of the names purged and reason why for two years. If one of the individuals comes in to vote, they use a “provisional” ballot that remains sealed until the provide the documentation rectifying the problem.Voter has ten business days after the election to clear the discrepancy.

We've been doing that here for a couple of years....Surprising how many people are now telling us people who no longer are qualified and helping to get the books cleaned up.
