When doctors say to cut back on salt, the first thing anyone gets rid of is the salt shaker with the added iodine.

If I want iodine, I'll eat sushi with nori wraps.

I do prefer my butter without salt, and my salt without iodine.

I'll add my own salt, thankyouverymuch.
