The scary part is that not one person in that crowd dared to yell out “Who will pay for that?” or “Where will the money come from?”. I realize that they were all hand picked koolaide drinkers but even that crowd should have been appalled at what he said.
I asked my libinlaw, I forget on what issue, “where is the money going to come from to pay for that?”
Her answer was “the money’s out there”.
That was the extent of her analysis of financing this policy.
