There are plenty of buses, driving around empty. And thre are plenty of bus shelters — mostly empty. As I said above, Jesse is a gas-bag.
I lived on LaFayette and Summit, right above the Lake Park, and worked in the way west side. I never had to wait more than ten minutes for a bus. One fee, two transfers, very efficient system. Lotsa people rode the bus back then.
