On top of that, it is my understanding that the seat this democrat "won" is redistricted into a majority Republican district for the November election (the recall took place under the old boundaries). So essentially the dems spent money to elect a Senator that will never be seated because the Senate is not in session until next year and will be redistricted out of office in five months. If they want to call that a victory, more power to them, but the liberal media doesn't even seem to be pushing that line.
Redrawn legislative maps also apply in Nov. so dems will have a worse night than last. Hats off to Wisconsin for your conservative successes
