Maybe I am too cruel, but like serial child-molestors, anyone who would be attracted to taking “bath salts” is probably too far gone to ever be non-dangerous member of society.
maybe we should make “bath salts” perfectly legal and widely available so those folks can take care of themselves....

Pretty nasty, but losing a quarter sized piece of flesh is minor compared to what happened in Miami. One report said that guy was missing 80% of his face.

It's hard to tell with young people - faces lacking the etched choices of adulthood, but with older types like this, the face says ‘loser’... too stupid to invent evil, he mimics the crazy in Miami.His mother must curse the day she 'did it' with whatever the father was...
