The easiest way I've found is to:

1. Locate the pic I'm looking for, right click on it, and copy the properties link.

2. Type in the "img src=", then add my quotation marks.

Paste the link, and add the quotation marks and close the string with an ">"

For example: <

img src="http://www.marcofolio.net/images/stories/fun/imagedump/demotivational_posters/teamwork.jpg

Add the ">

End result:
