Lavender lights to shine on City Hall for LGBT Heritage Month [L.A.]

Beginning Wednesday night, the purple-hued lights will shine on City Hall after dark, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa's office announced. The pylons at Los Angeles International Airport have glowed lavender since the beginning of the month and will continue to do so until Friday.

The lights are meant to symbolize the "struggles and progress" of the LGBT community, the mayor's office said.

"It's all about civil and human rights, which we don't have," Bill Rosendahl, the first openly gay candidate to run for and be elected to the City Council, told the crowd gathered in front of City Hall last year. "We still fight."

A Villaraigosa spokeswoman initially called it a "happy" coincidence the lights would turn on the same day President Barack Obama arrived for a two-day stay in L.A. where he will meet with LGBT supporters, but later said the lighting was intended to align with Obama's visit.

"Los Angeles Pride" will feature free events and workshops by sponsor "street teams" - which I assume means in public places or adjacent to. What kind of events? for starters:

• Gay Sex for Men with Mike

• Extreme Sex with Damon Holzum

• S**k It, L**k It, Love It with Alicia Cybulski

"gay rights" is all about what 2 consenting adults do in their bedroom public workshops on fisting, 'watersports'...and men wearing a square inch of clothing parading down the center of town.

You see, if we only let them do these workshops and perverted Sodom Parades during "gay pride" month, then they won't try to do them year-round, in schools, in churches (forced to rent the space), at halftime of the Superbowl.

The HomoSexualAgenda is not pretty, is not about civil rights. It's an evil and corruptive movement recently given an assist by the guy in the White house. Part of their agenda is to hide its true nature and put forward a facade of something they think is more palatable. Sorry if this is offensive to you, but its reality today. America and western society have never been as open and accepting and “tolerant”, if you will, of homosexuality than right now in our history. I agree. The article is sick, but we have to understand what we're facing. This isn't really a movement to legalize gay marriage. It's an attempt to remove any and all moral judgments about sex (and silence anyone who disagrees). Sodomite marriage is just a small step to what they really want.

It’s also about “affirmative action” for gays (installing gay “role models” in prominent positions in business, politics and the arts, the way that English lord demanded), promoting the “gay way of life,” in schools and churches, as a valid, morally acceptable way of living, teaching about positive contributions of gays to society, etc.

In some departments, right now, you can’t get hired unless you’re gay (see NY Times).

Next step for Obama: have an openly gay person nominated as his Vice-Presidential candidate, who will campaign with his/her partner.
