I still want to know about Obama’s joke about the difference between a pit bull and a hockey mom. The punchline was that a pit bull is delicious. So, is he saying that Sarah Palin isn’t delicious; why was that funny? I have yet to hear anyone in the media explain that particular joke or why it was supposed to be funny.
It was most likely an inside joke, known only to him at the time. With hindsight, I reckon he was thinking how tasty pit bulls are, and there isn't enough meat on Sarah to make a full meal.
