They should be hung if they are guilty. But as usual the weasels will stick together.
How many of them were on Algore’s kangaroo court?
“Pariente was the author of the 2004 decision in Jeb Bush v. Michael Schiavo, which ruled unconstitutional a law passed by the Republican-controlled Florida Legislature authorizing Governor Jeb Bush to intervene in the Terri Schiavo case.”
These justices were part of the SCOFLA majority in the 4-3 ruling which overturned Judge Sauls’ lower court decision in favor of ending the endless recounts upon recounts in the 2000 election. Of course they would later be overturned by the SCOTUS.
It’s OK to break the law if you’re liberal because you care more.
In Montana, you can be a judge and be convicted of a felony bribery charge and your sentence is........a stern look.
Maybe there’s hope yet for the prosecution of Judge Greer. Do you still have that video?
Pariente was the highly partisan ringleader in the perverse Bush vs Gore decisions by the Florida Supreme Court.
In particular, she was the one who insisted on adding the results of the PARTIAL recount in Dade County into the vote totals.
If she alone gets her come-uppance, justice will have been done.

1.) They failed to get their paperwork ready.
2.) They cost the taxpayers and parties money.
3.) The urgency of the demand of court personnel for the justices' own benefits could be considered intimidation.
If it had been asked before session that day, or any earlier, it probably wouldn't be an issue.
They are all totally worthless liberal twits. Pariente is the worst. Quince is the dumbest of the three and is an affirmative action appointment. The florida supreme court is an absolute embarrassment. I have on numerous occasions proposed that the motto of the court be — “Well, at least we aren’t as bad as the U.S. 9th circuit court of appeals.”
