Still answering the first question. As usual, he is running out the clock so he has to answer as few questions as possible.
He looks pretty highly medicated - not noticing the nervous tic at all. I also see they’ve given him notes on the podium instead of the teleprompters...trying to avoid the back and forth of the head all the time.

This sure is a telling thread - few of us are actually watching the press conference, and nothing worth reporting is happening, so the few people actually telling us about it have little to say themselves. We are all just waiting around for November and Obama is already an unpleasant memory being forgotten as he speaks.

Obama gave a perfect description about how the EU borrowed too much and the cost of borrowing skyrocketed and consumers have lost confidence with not a hint that this might apply to his own policies.
