My guess is he's probably going to blame the "do-nothing congress" for not passing his "jobs" bill. The new polls say people trust Romney more on the economy. He's in panic mode. Has to pass the buck.
That new polls also says people trust Obama more on national security. If the intelligence leaks point back to him, I would think that would change.
