Poor parenting?
Just because the father was involved in an adulterous affair while still married to his second wife? Just because he took his 17 year old son with him on his overnight “visits” to his girlfriend/room-mate/financee? Just because his father left the deeply troubled young man unsupervised all evening while he and his woman were out on the town? Just because he went to sleep that night without knowing where his son was?
By claiming this kid to be something he quite obviously was not, a saint.
