Not over yet, since TX is operating only under interim maps approved by the court.
Oh that is true. I have been a map follower since 1990 through reading Congressional Quarterly at the library.
The KS "moderate" GOP members loathe conservatives more than they dislike Obama/Sebelius and every chance to stick their fingers in the eyes of conservatives they do so.
Now we have had the Sebelius appointed KS Court picking winners/losers and guess who lost?
Rediculous since Republicans WERE supposed to pick-up seats through the census, what the h*ck happened!?
The Kansas State legislator can redraw the lines at any time in the next Decade, but frankly the federal court had no business or for that matter legitimate authority to insist upon its own map.
