This is the VERY WORST type of excerpting. AOL does it all the time. If AOL is you model you are doing wonderfully. But I don’t go into their content very often. I abhore being toyed with. I don’t ask to know everything about a story; I just ask to have a decent idea of what I’m getting into. You suck at that as does AOL.
