too slow to fight for their principles

If they would ever name them, most folks would hurl.

Liberals are too stupid to realize that they have already won the war...but, as a conservative, it still feels good to win a battle every now and again.

Arshad Hasan

I wonder if he is any relation to the Fort Hood terrorist.

If the Nutroots did not work for Obama, they might have to find real jobs.

Most progressives are pretty savvy

Hardy-har-har. Really? These clowns still want to pursue tax and spend policies even as we are watching the Eurozone circle the drain. "Blue" states and municipalities are losing businesses and residents-- Detroit is literally collapsing. And they still are stuck on stupid.

I really find it hard to talk civilly about so-called Progressives.

Let the liberals bring it. They always go way too far and over play their hand. One good example is OWS.

When they do such things, they usually turn people away from what they are trying to do. I hope that they do exactly that.

This means nothing seeing as this is a gathering of the most motivated leftist partisans. Just like in Wisconsin it will all come down to turnout based on motivation. Ironically the Dems will probably create such a doomsday narrative that many average supporters may simply believe their vote is all for naught.

Obama and Co. can spend tons of dough but if there is apathy on their side it simply won’t pull in the independents needed to win. Obama is already in trouble with Indies because...well...he’s got a record and the matching results and it ain’t pretty.

Room full of zero-comment bloggers -- you go to these blogs and months & months of posts have zero comments.

2008 was the Perfect Storm, a moment in time that comes along every 50 years or so. Note the two quotes in the article were from women in their young 50s -- last Boomers, Kennedy babies, pre-Gen X.

The young nutroots have dumped DailyPos and HuffPo diaries, moved on to tumblr, twitter -- mobile-oriented sites that are consequentially less-ideologically driven; or lost their nut access altogether due to unemployment.

Bobo is so out of a job next year...
