Undoing health law could have messy ripple effects
By RICARDO ALONSO-ZALDIVAR | Associated Press – 50 mins ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — It sounds like a silver lining. Even if the Supreme Court overturns President Barack Obama's health care law, employers can keep offering popular coverage for the young adult children of their workers.

But here's the catch: The parents' taxes would go up.

That's only one of the messy potential ripple effects when the Supreme Court delivers its verdict on the Affordable Care Act this month. The law affects most major components of the U.S. health care system in its effort to extend coverage to millions of uninsured people.

Because the legislation is so complicated, an orderly unwinding would prove difficult if it were overturned entirely or in part.

None of Hussein's or Pelosi's business.

It’s like having a flower bed overrun with thistles. Once they start growing it will take years of weeding and herbicides to clear them out. But no matter how hard it is and how deep the roots go, they have to be cleared out. And be sure to curse the idiot who thought that planting thistles was a good idea.

I see the State-Run media is continuing to carry the water for the White House on this issue. Ho Hum.

What a bunch of BS. If it is overturned; it’s overturned.

This guy is typical of the uninformed that Yahoo hires. If the law is ruled unconstitutional, it’s gone. There is NO unwinding of it.

Without a doubt, this article is one of the most biased pieces of writing ever published. It is dripping with support for Obamacare. A truely disgusting example of media bias at its worst, even considering the sources.

Yes, it’s going to be messy.

Everything about this guy is messy. After election day, whatever the outcome, things will get very messy; I’m depending on that.

Getting rid of him will be very messy, keeping him, messier.

Utopians, like him and his supporters, are like little kids. they want everything their immature, short sighted, messy way and it’s a mess to clean up.

Constitutionalists and conservatives (mostly the same) work to prevent damage and have to live with the consequences of Utopian ideas run amok, like parents.

And, like parents, conservatives are resented and fought against by these immature imbecils and that’s something to just prepare for.

Teachers, media - news and entertainment, and feminists are loud. After four more years with BO they’ll not only be loud, but they’ll be in charge, but later they’ll no longer be useful to BO who takes over with not a Utopian as much as a full blown dictatorship where his closest backers have everything and those who put him in power have nothing.

That’s when they’ll run to us for help but we’ll be less powerful than they.

They’ll never see it coming until it actually happens.

They just don’t think ahead. And they do not accept that history repeats itself, even here.

The uninformed writing for the uniformed and uncritical. The typical Yahoo reader drinks left wing cool aid by the gallons, just like they were taught to do in our public schools.

BS. Most every business impacted is poised to walk away from it and would know exactly how to return to sanity.

Being a leftist utopian means never having to say you’re sorry for any consequences. It also means blaming others for your failures.

The “writer” only considers the scenarios he wants to. All other positive possible outcomes that may conflict with his view are conveniently glossed over or ignored.

If OCare is thrown out by the Supremes, and O himself is ousted in November, this country could see some monstrous economic growth in the years ahead.

Liberal verbal terrorism.

The key word here is “could”. It doesn’t say “will be.”

What a bunch of BS. If it is overturned; it’s overturned.

Much as one might wish it to be true, the reality is more complex than that. Even now, with the fate of "ppaca" dangling by a thread, implementation of it continues.

Due to health problems within my family for the past many years I have been in a lot of medical facilities, from doctor's offices to hospitals. About three years ago I noticed a rash of notices in all these facilities. "Please be patient with us, we are implementing a new computer program," or words to that effect.

One could easily happen, two, maybe, but, everyone we went into? Too coincidental to believe. Computers were being "upgraded" with data storage programs that talk to each other. Central location, accessible by the medical establishment and Uncle Sam's helpers.

Look up Dr Janda's youtube talk about when and how "death panels" were created.

We will never get back to where we were. The best that can be hoped for is to mitigate the damage.
