He’s not confined to a wheelchair. He can walk. Photographic evidence at top of this page.
Heard of a fellow here in Wisconsin who got ticketed on horseback. He had several priors in vehicles, which is why he was saddled up. But he got a lawyer and beat it.
My roommate in college got arrested for DUI on a bicycle. He spent the night in jail, and they impounded his bike.
The guy stoled the wheelchair from someone else, who I am going to say was really disabled.
I have a friend and his father was an inventor. He built a “car” that had no wheels - it cruised on air.
So, my friend (teenager at the time), and his father went for a drive on air on a city street. At some point, cops stopped them. They were perplexed - this thing had no wheels so it wasn’t a car. It was an air traveler and there are no laws about riding on air. The father wasn’t breaking a law, just riding along.
The cops told the father to keep the air machine away from the road because they didn’t know what to do with it.
That is hysterical! I would have loved to have seen the confused looks on the faces of the officers. Hmmmm.... it isn’t ON the road but above it... sort of like a plane but it isn’t. Oh never mind... just go on and do what you’re doing! LOL!!
My friend, Roy, the son, is the husband of my sister-in-law. He is a genuine genius like his father was. He’s an electrical engineer and computer expert and an expert on most every subject including ham radios and building computers and radios and anything else.
My husband died last year, and Roy has taken over my house. They live five hours away, but when they come, he walks in and says, “What needs to be fixed?” He does this every time, so last time, I made a typed list. He started right in. If he isn’t fixing something or making something, he is not happy.
He carries tools of every kind in his truck from the plain to the exotic.
There is no one like this genius. He now works to make sure new gas and oil comes out of south Texas. If there is a glitch, he knows what to tell people to do to fix it.
I laughed, too, when he told the story of the air vehicle.
