I was trying to find the Bible passage you were quoting, using BibleGateway.com, but couldn’t come up with it, though it did lead me to this somewhat perplexing passage from Isaah 66:3:
“But whoever sacrifices a bull is like one who kills a person, and whoever offers a lamb is like one who breaks a dogs neck; whoever makes a grain offering is like one who presents pigs blood, and whoever burns memorial incense is like one who worships an idol. They have chosen their own ways, and they delight in their abominations;”

Here are just a few.... I guess God used the word, abomination, a lot more than I thought...
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Deuteronomy 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
1 Kings 14:24 And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

Also Romans 1 talks a lot about homosexuality and what happens to those who ignore the warning. But the good news is that even those who commit the most vile can be saved from the consequences of it. That's the beauty of the God's love and the redemption plan that He created through Jesus Christ.
