"near the intersection of San Gabriel Boulevard and Hellman Avenue."

West of the Rockies that should be 'Best Foods Avenue.'

Authorities said drugs or alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the crash.

And they can make this statement because the tox screen that takes hours and days has already been made?

I wonder if CNN’s Jack Cafferty reported on this incident? Jack is said to be an expert on hit-and-run accidents.

Sounds like Ambien again.

Anyway, hopefully the felony charge sticks and this clown’s career ends. I remember when Southern California Edison (the biggest electric utility in Southern California) chose him, given his history as an ‘environmental lawyer’. People that live there are paying through the teeth for power, in no small part due to him.

...strange, but the media (NYT, LA Times, and Washington Post) is actually reporting this on their web pages.

Maybe this is simply the Administration’s way of removing him from office?

It is a coincidence, but today I was thinking over the John Wheeler case - so very strange - and as far as I know, no real explanation was ever given. He was wandering around disoriented, which seems similar to this.

The article says he was a founder of the National Resources Defense Council, so he’s a colleague of Robert Kennedy Jr.

I’m not sure intoxication is needed for these people to feel entitled, and do weird things when they have to interact with the little people. They’re intoxicated with themselves.

Really weird indeed...left the scene and then hit the same car again? How in the world?

LOL! That mayo thread WAS a lot of fun!

But, sigh, now it’s monday, back to the hard work of trying to keep up with the nincompoops of the Obama administration.

Authorities said drugs or alcohol do not appear to have played a role in the crash.

Amazing how quickly they can determine that. It takes months for toxicology results to come back on people like Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse, even though we know the both of them abused drugs and alcohol. Yet if it's somebody in the Obama Administration, they can tell us right away that drugs and alcohol had nothing to do with it.

So he hits one car, tries to run, then hits the same car a second time, then flees again, hits a second unrelated vehicle with so much force he’s knocked out. And our wonderful law enforcement officers don’t arrest him, or test him for alcohol or drugs. Two sets of rules, one for serfs one for lords.
