WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal challenging President Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship and his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.
Without comment, the high court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson.

According to this his grandfather was stripped of his Citizenship (something I fond questionable), but also that the nature of his forefather’s stay would nessitate Mexican citizenship.

Our Founding/Framing generation placed enormous responsibility on the people, both directly in the Constitution when we serve as electors to the House of Reps, and in the several States. These reps are supposed to make laws on our behalf.
We have allowed said reps to assign that power to unelected agencies and czars, who are totally unaccountable to you and me.
We have also allowed our reps to look the other way when judges make law.
Hussein has unconstitutionally gone around Congress to the courts and executive agencies when it did not rubber stamp his diktats. I want Hussein The Kenyan gone, outta my life and my republic as much as anyone.
What I will not support is another assignment of constitutional duties. Once we allow Scotus the power to assume a constitutional duty of the states, to determine who is or who may not be on state ballots, we may never get that power back.

Throughout history when the citizens of a nation find that they can not and will not be accorded either justice or redress from those, Judges, bureaucrats, or politicians, tasked with administering justice and or redress, the citizens find they must take upon themselves those powers and admonish those who have failed their tasks. That admonishment quite often takes the form of hanging or shooting the miscreants.
From watching what is happening in our nation, a correct observation would be that judges, bureaucrats, and politicians, have failed to study or acquire any knowledge of such history.
Doing research on “natural born citizen” using sources that predate 2007 will show a clear understanding of the phrase. There is no ambiguity or misunderstanding inherent concerning natural born. Those sources will clearly show that Obama, Romney, Santorum, McCain, Jindal and Rubio are not natural born citizens.
There have been many changes to online sources which attempt to subvert the constitution and the law. Those making such changes should receive harsh punishment. Those paying for the changes, Soros, should be fined hundreds of millions of dollars

Obama is a revolutionary Marxist Communist, The adherents of that school are willing and eager to finish taking power by lining up and shooting those who refuse to become the states slaves.
With some exceptions all to many politicians over the past one hundred years have been Fabians and we are a long ways down that dark hallway leading to enslavement. They have been turning up the heat for that long and we haven’t noticed!

Hmmm...my sources include legislation passed at the time the Constitution was being written, and the US Supreme Court ruling in...1898. Or Lynch, in 1844, or Kent’s Commentaries on American Law from 1826, or Blackstone’s Commentaries from 1803.
There was no ambiguity in the use of natural born citizen. But the phrase included those born to aliens, just as the preceding phrase ‘natural born subject’ had.
If you want to know what the term means, it is better to pay attention to how it was used at the time the Constitution was written, rather than pulling the meaning from a bad translation of Vattel published 10 years later.
You and I have gone around and round on this before. You are still wrong and I am still right. Obama was not the president is not now the president and will never be the president because he is not a natural born citizen. Future histories of this nation will list the years 09 through 12 as the years without a president. They will cite the resurgence of this nation as being a result of the purge of Fabian socialists from American politics.

From WKA, Calvin's Case, and Dicey it IS NOT birth within the realm that determines who is and is not natural-born. It is PERMANENT and EXCLUSIVE ALLEGIANCE.
Obama does NOT meet that requirement.
