Holder knows this ain’t any Constitutional crisis. All he has to do is claim Executive Priveledge and that’s it. But when they get the axe in Nov. Romney can have his DOJ go after Holder anew.

Holder's offer to compromise reminds me of when Saddam Hussein was pulled from his spider hole and told the spec ops troops that he was willing to negotiate with President Bush.
