Facts known and unknown about Oboma’s birth are interesting to discuss and speculate about, but it appears this case does not hinge on a dispute of where he was born, but rather on the legal definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen”. If this court rules that the term means the issue of two citizen parents, facts agreed to by Oboma would disqualify him. The burden would then be on him to accept the ruling or initiate an appeal. If the court rules that two citizen parents are not required, then the burden is on the plaintiffs to accept the decision or initiate an appeal. In either case, the matter could finally be on track to final resolution.
This Judge has been informed by the Sheriff that all his identity documents are fraudulent and that new info is coming out any day now.
Sheriff maybe bluffing, maybe not.

The fact that his father was a British national and his mother was a minor ALREADY PROVES he's not eligible, and this is by his own admission. Regardless as to where he was actually pushed out, he's not eligible to be the President of the United States!
This DOES bring about a huge Constitutional crisis, as it makes any laws signed by him, treaties, legal anything while he was President null and void.
I contend this has been his intention the entire time. Even if they pursue after he's out of the WH, it will require that all laws passed by his signature be reviewed and forced through the Legislative branch for a second look and passage. That'll never happen, esp. with Obamacare.
