Actually, I would prefer just to be dead rather than living in that socialist cesspit.

I went to NYC a couple of years ago and it was disgusting. Your eyes start burning as you take the escalator into the subway, the city is filthy, and they have some smoke-like substance coming up through the manholes. I don’t see how the life expectancy could possibly be high there... also note that anyone with any kind of means that works there moves out to the suburbs. I could never live there, I’d rather live in DC. DC in comparison is clean, subway system is immaculate, air is breathable, and the people are friendly enough where at least you don’t leave wanting to shoot someone. Just a personal observation.

A thug element grips NYC? The subway is a breeding ground for them? Criminals swarming?

I suggest you stay at home cupcake and keep watching your "Warriors" VHS tape.

Add to the list of New York City traits: The condescending rudeness of the denizens of that liberal dystopia.

AAAWWW, did I hurt your feelings?

I rest my case.

It's a shame that a self-identified Conservative such as yourself continues to reside in a region where liberalism rules and union goons are triumphant. I can fully understand what you've become as a native New Yorker. It's very sad. May Almighty God richly bless you and restore a sense of genuine humility and authentic Christian kindness to your clearly troubled soul.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. -- Philippians 4:13

nope, what’s sad is you throwing all kinds of falsehoods (iow - lies) out then getting upset when called on them...and then hiding behind a self-serving proclomation of Christian piety...that’s sad.

There’s no need to escalate this any further, wtc911. So, in all sincerity, I really do wish you well and rest assured that you’ll be added to my daily prayer list. I’m sure there is much we can agree on topics other than the city where you happen to reside.

Well, sir, thank you very much and continued good wishes. If more Conservatives like you comprised the New York City populace, I’m sure it’d be a much better place.

I love Manhattan. Most Americans would agree with me. However, it is not affordable for an overwhelming majority.
