MSNBC left-leaning pundits turn on Obama after economic speech (Video)

At the very end of MSNBC’s “NewsNation” hosted by Tamron Hall, immediately after President Barack Obama had wrapped up his much-ballyhooed economic speech from Cleveland on Thursday, MSNBC’s liberal-leaning pundits appeared to be less-than impressed.

According to Bloomberg columnist Jonathan Alter, formerly of Newsweek, the speech was too long-winded to be effective.

“I thought this honestly was one of the least successful speeches I’ve seen Barack Obama give in several years,” Alter said. “It was long-winded. He had a good argument to make. And at the beginning of the speech he seemed to be making it in a fairly compelling way but then he lost the thread and the speech was way too long and I think he lost his audience by the end.”

I think they finally actually listened to him for a change.

You really have to wonder, Obama is in political trouble and he doesn’t bother to get a better speech written or to improve his delivery. I could write him an effective speech (but wouldn’t).

“the speech was way too long and I think he lost his audience by the end.”

Somewhere Dick Cheney grins as he holds the teleprompter remote control device.

Its a coup d’etat promoted by the Clintons. They are testing the waters; they know this is their last chance.

The nice thing is that, when there is internecine strife among Democrats, we occasionally get some candid reporting by the DNC press organs.

You really have to wonder, Obama is in political trouble and he doesn’t bother to get a better speech written or to improve his delivery.

He figures "Why change a good thing?"

For four years the same basic speech has been sending many otherwise normal people into paroxysms of blind love and devotion and causing them to suspend their judgement and power to reason.

The speech was so 'same o' that CNN and FoxNews cut away after about 5 minutes. MSNBC was the only one to continue carrying it. And, it was advertised as a 'major' policy speech.

Jonathon Alter isn’t just a “left-leaning pundit.”

He is a livid, hate-filled little blister who has now devoted his career to spewing his pus on anyone who questions anything about his hero Obama, from the President’s golf swing to his leaking of high-level intelligence secrets in order to further his campaign.

Alter is a sycophant, a disciple, a worshipper. If he is turning on his fellow Harvard boyie even in the least, then Obama truly is having a bad day.
