Sure lucky SAC is gone or they would direct that if airmen are gay, then they would have to be better than the rest of the commands at it.

And they'd require metrics to show their bases are meeting/exceeding the "SAC Standards." My question is... how do you quantify "fabulous?"

They would also have a quandary when a unit doesn’t have enough gays to meet the quotas. Would a leader have to order some men to be gay to meet the numbers?
