By getting blacks and whites to vote GOP. Blacks are going to become less and less important for the Dems now that Hispanics are the larger minority. More mexicans mens less jobs for everyone else. We undo Nixon's leftist stupidity of creating the concept of "Hispanics". What do Mayans who barely speak English have to do with Carmen Diaz? What do Mexicans have to do with Puerto Ricans who have been American for over a century?

WE can reduce immigration, end illegal immigration, and work on assimilation. We did this in the 1920s.
