Rep. Steve King Threatens to Sue Obama Over Immigration Order
Iowa Rep. Steve King said on Friday that he would sue the Obama administration to block its newly announced plan to grant amnesty to certain children of illegal immigrants.

“I will tell you that — I’m not without experience on this — I’m prepared to bring a suit and seek a court order to stop implementation of this policy,”

As I recall when Congress files a lawsuit against the Exec Branch it goes straight to SCOTUS and we still have a 5-4 Conservative majority there (my gut says Justice Kennedy detests what Obama's done and he's the Wild Card on the court). So that can doom Barry's ploy right there.

Also, Barry's 'ILLEGAL Abuse of Power' Executive Order is only good as long as he's in office and it's not immediately VOIDED with a new EO by THE NEW President on Jan 20, 2013 [only 218 days, 2 hrs from 'now']. But in the meantime the ILLEGALS who now think they've got it made will fill out their WORK PERMITS and a gazillion other forms with their Real Name, Address, and everything else needed to round up the '800,000' illegals (who think they have a Get Out Of Jail Free Card) and deport their butts to the Jungles of the Yucatan.

I saw Romney on CBS today saying he wouldn't rescind Obama’s executive order on amnesty and he would replace it with a sweeping amnesty bill. Now having lied his way to the nomination Romney is running to the left.

McCain was on NBC saying the same thing, that Obama's action is a half measure and should be replaced with a full amnesty bill.

Work visas to illegals with high unemployment is stupid.

Even if Rubio's bill were to state that they must have entered the USA before the age of 16, they can't vote, and no chain immigration:

1) Once Rubio's bill enters the congressional process, Dems (helped by Rinos) will do their damndest to strip out any limitations Rubio started with, and to add not only new and bigger amnesty "features," but also miscellaneous porky surprises. The only way that could work out OK is if it is voted down, but they never give up.

2) In the slim-to-none-probability category, Rubio's bill actually makes it though congress with no chain immigration and no voting for the Dream Act beneficiaries. Now they have a big foot in the door. Leftist judges start ruling that, since other amnesties allowed "a path to citizenship," this one must also. If Obama is POTUS in 2013, he just ignores the parts he doesn't like. Who knows what Romney would do, but I would not count on him stopping deportations or "securing the border."

3) Expect rampant fraud to "prove" that they were here before the age of 16 and to satisfy other requirements. And don't expect the Mexican Govt. to report criminals and terrorists. They want all of them to be working in the USA.

4) I won't bother to repeat the details of the insanity of giving out work permits, especially in the midst of high unemployment.

5) The message to families in Lantin America, Asia, and the rest of the 3rd world: Bring your kids to the USA, and don't bother with trying to do it legally.

Can we just be honest with ourselves?  Rove is the enemy.  He hasn't had a clue in ages.  His president didn't have one either and coupled with Andrew Card and Carl Rove, it's easy to see why.

These guys are traitors to our cause, and not much less when it comes to our nation.  Who gives a damn what our nation's laws are?  Who cares what's good for the nation or our citzens?

All these people care about is currying favor with illegals and the soft mush-brained individuals too stupid to get out of their own way.

Before I address your solid points, I want to remind folks of some important issues here.

Why did Obama pick the 16 to 30 year old group?  That's because he knew damn well these are the heads of Hispanic households that will be the cornerstone that prevents any future illegals from being deported.  Children under 16 are not being deported.  Once he sews up the 16 to 30 year old segment, that only leaves older Hispanics.  And with the rest of their family several generations here, it is hoped and planned that they will never have to leave either.  They're setting up the basis to claim it's not humanitarian to do so.  This pure and simple the beginnings of back door amnesty.

REFERENCE March 8, 2012 KENNER, La. -- Kenner police arrested illegal Marvin Baca who sold false W-2 forms to another illegal immigrant for $1,500. Baca sold fraudulent W-2 forms for $1,500 to other Hispanics here illegally.

Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds. Baca was charged with one count of ID theft and two counts of forgery.

And there is the problem of not knowing what crimes they may have committed in Mexico and similar places. I used to live in Mexico (before the gangs took over — now it is worse), and became accustomed to La Mordida. You commit a crime (or the police just say you did), pay the police in cash, -> no government record of any such thing. So even if the Mexican government wanted to turn over criminal records to the US DHS or State Department, they don’t have the records!

These are all great points and we have brought them up many times here. Now all we need is a party that cares about it.
