I’m not sure that any of you read the original quote. Rubio said it was “welcome news” to those kids; not to Americans, Republicans, or him.
“Today’s announcement will be welcome news for many of these kids desperate for an answer, but it is a short term answer to a long term problem,” the Cuban-American Rubio said in a statement. “And by once again ignoring the Constitution and going around Congress, this short term policy will make it harder to find a balanced and responsible long term one.”
Political-speak. He wants amnesty (for those 30 year old kids) as a long term solution.

i read it it says he is a traitor and and agrees with lawlesnes.
If he though it was wrong he should have said so actions have consequences.
He is the elected representative of American citizens.
He is not the elected representative of illegal aliens.
His first concern on the issue should not be for what is welcome news for illegals, what makes illegals happy or what is "fair" for illegals.
His concern and obligation as a Senator should be for the law, his oath of office, the taxpayers who have had to foot the bill for illegals' welfare, health care, schooling, etc., the people who would fill the jobs vacated by illegals, the Americans who have to compete with illegals for jobs, college slots, etc.
This was an opportunity for him to speak out for those who elected him, for taxpayers and for the law of the land. He failed.
