The sad reality is that, on this issue, we had no primary candidates (with a chance to win) who took a solid stand against illegal aliens and amnesty in its various forms. Romney took the toughest stand of all, but it seems none are immune to the irresistible desire to pander for Latino votes.
Romney will damage his campaign at this early stage if he begins to back away from his campaign stances and resorts to pandering and vote buying, a game at which Republicans have no prayer against the Dims.
As Mr Rogers would say, “Can you spell Etch-a-Sketch?”
