Arizona Officials: Obama’s “Backdoor Amnesty” Is “Destruction of Rule of Law”

Arizona officials told reporters today that Barack Obama’s “backdoor amnesty” is “destruction of the rule of law.” The Herald reported:

“It’s a pre-emptive strike against Senate Bill 1070. The timing is unbelievable,” Brewer said.

The Republican governor also said the change means that hundreds of thousands of people will be eligible for work permits and will compete with Americans and legal immigrants for jobs.

Brewer, who recently ordered police regulators to re-issue training material on implementing the Arizona law, said state officials will study the implications of Obama’s move.

“The crux of Senate Bill 1070, of course, is documentation, and what he has done by his announcement today is he’s going to give documentation to nearly a million people that have arrived in our country illegally and not by the rule of law.”

Both Brewer and Former Arizona Senate President Russell Pearce, the chief sponsor of the Arizona law and now president of the Ban Amnesty Now group, characterized the change as a “backdoor amnesty.”

“The effect is just the destruction of the rule of law,” said Pearce, who was upset by Obama’s announcement. “It’s a slap in the face to those who come here legally. It’s a slap in the face to the rule of law.”

Rep. Steve King (R-IA) threatened to sue the Obama Administration over their backdoor amnesty.

In addition to being destructive to the rule of law, it will inject 800K new people into the legal workplace. And, you can bet it will be at least twice the 800K estimate.

:::::::::::::::

Threatened? Yes, it is humouous in a sick and sad way. This is what we have as an opposition party to Obama and his commie ilk. They had better start showing some major fight soon — the SCOTUS on Obamacare, and the committee hopefully about to vote on Holder’s BLATANT CONTEMPT of Congress. To say nothing of the DELIBERATE national security leaks from the White House.

The Congress has let this go way too far.

Hey AZ, you still going to put the forger on the state ballot?

This is your wake up call! The ends justify the means for these marxists. Free and fair elections to be taken over by commie operatives in the key battle ground states in November.

Obama will pull off a Harry Truman victory and the marxists will regain control of the House and Senate. Then you can turn the lights off on America as she was.

If you believe that it's only 800 thousand then I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

2 - 3 million, easy.

And that's just Los Angeles County.

Absolutely agree, but I'm waiting for more politicians jump on King's bandwagon and declare it an unConstitutional grab for power by the Executive Branch and sue them up to the USSC.

Holder recently said he wants to avoid a Constitutional crisis while withholding 1000's of documents regarding Fast and Furious. If there were ever a modern Constitutional crisis, this is it!!! The Executive Branch has usurped the Legislative Branch in this pandering move.

WE ARE NOW AT A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. One branch over-riding another branch authority is as bad as it gets. If this is not resolved in the correct manner, our Republic is gone for good.

Still, the talking heads are arguing the fine points of Bambi's policy. They should be talking about the BALANCE OF POWERS! and how Bambi is destroying it.

Costa Rico is starting to look good. But before that, we're heading to Arizona, ground zero for States' Rights!

Anyone want to buy a nice home in conservative Orange County? Thought not. I just may dump it and get the hell out of Kalifornia.

Hey, old buddy, got ideas for a decent area around you? I'm actually thinking about Flagstaff or if Phoenix area some conservative suburb like Scottsdale. My SO will just have to deal with it. I'm at my last straw and want to live where my rights are still respected.

There is no two ways about it, its either against the law or it isn’t against the law. If it is against the law-—— then why don’t they do something about it. I am dam sick and tired of the belly aching and then it just goes by the way side and nothing is done about breaking the law. I think this guy has something on every one of these people in DC and thats why they let things slide, they are afraid of their past.

And more will now come over the border, get fake identity and period of residency documents which will not be checked. There will be a new tidal wave of immigration and all of them will be legitimized by Obama and they will be instructed on how to vote and who to vote for (and their eligibility to vote will also not be checked).

Well, if Obama gets re-elected, they will not have anything to worry about because they will have nothing to lose. America will have nothing to lose.

“But before that, we’re heading to Arizona, ground zero for States’ Rights!”

The states lost the last war for state’s rights.

This time, the state’s cause is just, so maybe the outcome will behoove us as a nation.

On a local level there is a cure for an official who is not carrying out his duty to enforce the law.

Full article at:
http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-writ-of-mandamus.htm

What is a Writ of Mandamus?

Excerpt from article:

A writ of mandamus is a court order which compels someone to execute a duty which he or she is legally compelled to complete. This type of writ can also be used to order a lower court to complete a duty which is assigned by law. The writ of mandamus is rarely used, because it must be demonstrated that there is no other remedy available and that someone is suffering an injustice as a result of the failure to complete a legally required duty. It can also be very disruptive and for that reason judges are reluctant to grant such writs unless they are truly necessary.

There hasn't been "rule of law" since Obama was sworn in. Wasn't it Valerie Jarret who stated that "we'll be ready to RULE on the first day." Not govern. RULE. This is the definition of the difference between the "Rule of Law" and the "Rule of man."

And Obama is a very little, little "man."

Deja Vu: Germany in the 1930s....

There are two differences between the US in 2012 and Germany in 1932. One: we know what happened after that; the Germans of 1932 didn't know what was coming. Two: we are armed; the Germans of 1932 had already been disarmed under Weimar Republic laws.

Take courage and do what is necessary.
