This bill if we all remember was shuved down our throats in the dead of night with all the chicanery, back door, criminal manuvering all bypassing congress and the constitution. This needs to be killed not only to save ourselves from its ramifications but to smack them down severly.

I would love to see the court rule that because Congress failed to read the bill and debate it in its entirety ...that alone is enough to strike it down.

It did make me smirk that during the hearings something similar was alluded too ...
