I don’t know how “settled” it is. I, too, watched it closely a number of times and I believe she said, “All this for a d&*med flag?”

It looks like that to me, too. I'm not an expert but all of the other things people are suggesting don't seem to fit the lip movements.
I don't like her at all and I know she is not big on this country, but not everything she says is hateful.
