It should NOT BE ABOUT THE EDUCATORS. The PRINCIPALS are responsible. No state testing protocols are changed without the principals purposefully issuing instruction, USUALLY FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT. Why should the teachers be punished for the sins of the supervisors?
Are you saying they shouldn't be punished because their boss told them to do it?
What other professions should get a pass and not lose their license if their boss tells them to falsify test data? Plumbers, electricians, nurses?
