I don’t know why but I had an excellent connection up to the last 30 secs when the judge gave his instructions for the attorneys to submit a proposed order.

My connection was like watching a video and excellent sound too.

I have to disagree with you on the , heard in court comment.
“Heard in court: ‘There’s no indication Obama was born outside the U.S.’ (paraphrased)”

The Judge clearly asked the plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Klayman, that if I grant you leave to amend your complaint, will you be providing something that shows Obama was not born in the US?

And Klayman said YES.

I noticed that, and something more.

Klayman asked the judge if he should send a request to file
an amended complaint, and the judge said that wouldn’t be necessary, because he had made a note of it. And then the judge went on and said something along the lines of - “and I wouldn’t have done that, unless I was amiable to it”.

The state had requested that the judge not all the original complaint to be amended - the judge has not only said the he will allow the complaint to be amended, but that he will also aprove it!
