For some time now I’ve been puzzled by this term “GOP E” and/or “GOP E-RINO”. What does it mean? GOP “equivalent” or GOP “electronic” (RINO)?
None of these make sense; I can’t figure it out.
So what’s it mean? (anyone?)

The "E" is for "Elite" ...
You'll see variations on how it placed with "GOP" and "RINO" ...
E-GOP, GOP E-RINO ...
