Gee, I wonder where Roberto’s allegiances lie.
Make that Sheriff Dipstick, dimoKKKTAT.
However, what SHOULD happen is that if some jackass ambulance-chaser sues on "Racial Profiling" grounds, it should immediately be dismissed because "Latino-looking" is enough cause to suspect potential illegal/criminal invader status, and providing SATISFACTORY PROOF should not be difficult for U.S. Citizens.
Common Sense is NEVER being applied in Court, like the ol' RPM (Reasonably Prudent Man) logic that formerly was used to allow reasonable action on rational/common sense grounds.
Says the same Dipstick who had Jared Loughner (murderer of Chief U.S. District Court Judge John Roll and five others, and the man who shot Gabby Giffords, She Who Has All Moral Standing On Guns) in his clutches and DID NOTHING.
