ATHENS Weeks of political paralysis look set to end in Greece with the election of parties that support the country's international bailout agreements, but the question now turns to whether a fragile new government can deal effectively with a tanking economy and popular unrest.

What business is it of the US government to comment on which leaders the Greek people chose? (Even if they were foolish?)
ALL we should have to say is that we are pleased that democracy prevailed (whatever the choice).
Otherwise, we should butt out.
I do not agree with your commentary at all. The U.S.A. is the leader of the Free World and her thoughts about world events should be proclaimed far and wide. That being said, with the ‘spokesperson’ that the idiots of the U.S.A. elected, I would just as soon BHO to have a permanent case of Laryngitis.
