Ed Rendell did NOTHING to solve a bankrupt Philly except kick the can down the road.

He sucked Harrisburg dry and rode the property bubble.

The unions STILL control Philly and they have bankrupted the city.

Fast Eddie Rendell did very little.

Yes, he sucked money from the rest of the state, especially rural areas and also presided over the city at a time of economic growth.

You maybe right. Rendell notes he did everything through the collective bargaining process which mean the Unions still retained power over the democratic process.
