Well, she was (admittedly) drunk, and was LEAVING the bar WITH a 19 year old guy (heading home?).
Hard to see how his 'advances' would be 'unwelcome'.
More likely is that they were both too drunk to be driving, that neither was paying attention to the road, but a dead man cannot contradict a live woman's story.
