Career suicide.
“In March, citing “prosecutorial discretion,” federal immigration officials told a North Miami Senior High School valedictorian they were deferring deportation proceedings against her. Daniela Pelaez’s case made national headlines after several thousand students, teachers and community members gathered in the streets of North Miami to protest her imminent deportation.”
If we have a few million US citizens gather in the streets and demand that our immigration laws be enforced would you care Mr Rubio? Does it feel weird, Mr Rubio, that thousands of Americans have been murdered, raped, robbed and assaulted by illegal aliens?
Howzabout the billions of taxpayer dollars stolen from the pockets of citizens by the illegal parasites?
If the Repubs lose the presidency, the house and fail to gain the Senate they will rightfully take their place in the dust bin of history.
Okay Marco - the illegal alien Valedictorians can stay.
All 14 of them.
The other 30 million criminal trespassers have to go.
That right there would be a big step towards balancing government budgets from the feds right down to the small towns.
It will also save a lot of hospitals from closing and eliminate the need for new school taxes for about 20 years.
Plus it will open up enough jobs to cut the unemployment rate in half and cut welfare and food stamps costs by huge amounts.
I'm thinking that's why the Govt. of Mexico cheers on the Democrats and RINOS when they start talking amnesty. If those folks who came from Mexico illegally go back home, they'd likely cause trouble for the ruling class.
Valedictorian or no, he/she's not entitled to my son's job or spot in Med School just because he/she is here (illegally!)
So, my son's NOT a valedictorian, so what, are we any less Americans and any less entitled to an education or job just because some kid of an illegal is here and you and Obama say he can have the job? my son needs?
Well Boo Hoo Hoo Rubio. It’s not our fault the countries they come from illegally are basket cases.
What’s next Rubio? Shipping over hundreds of millions of Chinese and Indians because, they too, just want a better life for their non-aborted children?
It’s a Mexican brain drain. Mexico needs this illegal valedictorian much more than we do. Send her home where she can help her people directly.
The Supreme Court interprets the 14th Amendment as suspending Common Law for corporate individuals.
The Supreme Court also allows anyone to be presumed to be a corporate individual without the government having to prove it first.
The Supreme Court also allows the government to enact these interpretations without admitting they are doing so.
The Supreme Court also allows the government to put people into jeopardy unless they agree that they are corporate individuals.
The Supreme Court considers these rulings to be common sense.
Supporting Marco Rubio is supporting Illegal Alien Amnesty
Cannot wait to primary him out in 2016
I actually wish Mel Martinez had run for another term. He is tough on illegals compared to Rubio
we do have a significant illegal immigration problem-How about we have a serve immigration problem. If he wants to use no fault of their own, how about we start deporting the parents, who through fault came here illegally. When all sign up in 60 days, lets round up the parents, they had a say in what they did and next their kids. Mexico does not give a warm fuzzy welcome to, I ‘m only here through no fault of my own, to illegals there, in about 3 days, they deport you
Romney needs a solid conservative to balance him.
what is weird is why Plyler v Doe has not been revisited since circumstances have changed contrary to 1981 decision...and we are still paying for education for illegal alien childresn..
