But he isn’t eligible. His parents were not citizens at the time of his birth.

He does have a problem with double allegiance.

Cuba by law makes a claim on him that Marco Rubio as one of their own citizens. Rubio was born to Cuban citizens at the time of his birth. Cuba ONLY sees him as Cuban. They do not recognize Rubio's US 14th Amendment citizenship.

Verbatim from a US State Department website:

"Dual Nationality

The Government of Cuba does not recognize the U.S. nationality of U.S. citizens who are Cuban-born or are the children of Cuban parents. These individuals will be treated solely as Cuban citizens and may be subject to a range of restrictions and obligations, including military service...."

Did you not get the tweet? The 14th is dead along with the rest of the US Constitution.

It doesn’t matter what Cuba or any other country thinks of him. It matters what our government thinks of him and our government, following our Constitution, considers him a natural born citizen.

As conservatives, our side must remain principled and adhere to the letter of the Constitution. Otherwise, we are no better then the rats. Just because Obama was able to weasel his way into the presidency in spite the fact that he was and is not constitutionally qualified, is no reason for us to accept this lawlessness on our side. We must set the example and insist that our candidates are properly vetted. Assuming that we adhere to the original intent of the framers, we know that because Obama’s father was a British subject from Kenya, he in no way meets the constitutional requirements for US President. We know he is a usurper. On our side, when both Rubio and Jindal were born, neither had even one citizen parent. I like them both. They are and have been effective conservatives. To be effective now, each should announce that they can not accept the nomination for vp because they are not constitutionally eligible to be president. AND that would put us at an big advantage because the issue of Obama's ineligibility would be placed on the front burner. So the question is, will their political ambitions override proper constitutional enforcement of the law?

It’s irrelevant that Cuba’s communist law declares people outside of its borders to still be ‘one of theirs’. We do not recognize that law in the United States. It is also totally ridiculous to use a communist law in a foreign country making claims on people as evidence for “a problem with double allegiance.”
