And until you have a LAW or a COURT ruling to establish a THIRD class of citizenship with it's own separate rights, all you're doing is throwing up mindless speculation.
Rubio was “naturaized” at birth by Title 8 of the US Code. Without Tile 8 of US law, Rubio would NOT be a US citizen. US Code cannot control the citizenship of a Natural Born Citizen born in the US to two US Citizens.
