The 34-year-old man who was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail over the weekend on a sexual battery charge came into the country illegally four months before the rape, according to a federal complaint.
In October 2011 Rosalio S. Sifuentes-Vazques, a citizen of Mexico, pleaded guilty to a federal charge of illegal re-entry. In December 2011, a federal judge sentenced him to one year and one day in a federal prison and one year of supervised released, according to court records.

After realizing she did not have enough change, the victim began walking back to her friend’s home when a man grabbed her from behind. Another man removed her jeans and raped her. The victim, who was able to get her face free and scream out for help, was not able to identify the men.
This child will be scared for the rest of her life and will not ever fully recover.Illegals are coming and going, they are deported and come right back over,laughing and smiling, but the border is more secured than ever, just ask this victim .
We have so many of our own home grown rapists and perverts, do we really want to import them? SEND ALL ILLEGALS BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ... after some quality time in our prison system.

He committed crimes that Americans wouldn’t commit.
Why in the hell would a federal judge sentence an illegal alien to "supervised release"? Can't they just spend the entire time incarcerated and then deport them?
Just another casualty in the war on the citizens of the United States.
Imagine how long it would be tolerated if it was U. S. Citizens going across Mexico’s border to abuse little Mexican girls and others.
When are our elected officials going to pull their head out of their ass, and end this illegal immigration fiasco.
