I find it a complete affront to the Founders and the citizens of this country when an UN-ELECTED department head can refuse a request from an ELECTED Congress for documents WHICH ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE CITIZENS OF THE USA.
Why should this even be a discussion? Those are NOT affirmative action failure Holder’s documents, they are OURS. He was on our dime when they were created so ownership is NOT a question.
Forget contempt of congress, he should be fired on the spot and charged with theft of OUR property.
All these filthy enemy within lawyers sitting on these committees cannot seem to fathom Holder has no right to withhold OUR property?
If we do not immediately start to whittle down these pompous ruling elite to the public SERVANTS which they are, they will shortly be in complete control of every aspect of our lives and the ballot box will simply become Kubuki Theater if it has not already.
