It has been my opinion from the very start that F&F was the brainchild of Obama, his own idea, executed by Holder and his underlings. I believe so as well. Issa has Holder in checkmate. Holder cried uncle. Obama knows what Holder knows. Thus Obama had no choice but to claim EP. If Holder could have been thrown safely under the bus, Obama would have done so long ago..
