This is *not* a delay. Where does this “delay” BS come from?? Today’s vote *happened on schedule,* Contempt passed the committee and now goes to the full House. That is what is next week. Full House vote. This is on track, not being delayed.

If I understand correctly 0 must give in writing his reason for using EP. There are only three or four legitimate reason to uses EP.
