NBC Prepares to Replace Ann Curry on ‘Today’ (Under the bus she goes...)
NY Times ^ | 6/20/12 | BRIAN STELTER

NBC executives are readying a plan to replace Ann Curry on the “Today” show, only a year after she became the co-host of the iconic franchise.

The planning — which is taking place in secret and has not been finalized — is effectively an admission that all is not well at “Today,” the show that invented morning television 60 years ago and has inspired countless lower-rated competitors since.

The next in a long line of MSM intellectual pimps and prostitutes shown the door by dismal ratings. They seem to be having a contest on which show can muster the lowest ratings.

Maybe people are sick of NYC’s blatant liberal agenda - pro-Obama, anti-Christian.

You're right on but... Look, I'm not here to help NBC, so hold that thought while I say a GREAT replacement would be Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

When Ann’s hair was long, I enjoyed seeing her, I confess. But she has always been a leftist shill and liar. What a pity that she has become one more victim of Obamanomics and her fraudulent network. Bob
P.S. Ann has claimed in different interviews both that she had grown her hair long AND chopped it off in honor of her late grandma! She couldn’t even keep her lies about herself straight.

From wiki: Curry was born in Guam to Bob Curry, of Cherokee, French, German, Scottish and Irish descent from Pueblo, Colorado, and Hiroe Nagase, originally from Japan.

Gosh. She could teach law at Harvard, or even run for US Senate from Massachusetts.

Maybe she’ll get ripped and sing us a goodbye song, like Connie Chung, who was equally unpleasant to watch.

I honestly don’t think I have seen that morning program since the mid seventies.

i’m certainly not a fan of katie couric nor Matt Lauer but... how come Matt doesn’t go? I think Ann is very gentle, nice and reports well. I think Matt stinks...why doesn’t he go?

“..a GREAT replacement would be Elizabeth Hasselbeck.”

YES, and if anyone wants to suggest that to NBC:

nbcshows@nbc.com

Hope the email is up-to-date, because I haven’t used it lately.

Actually, even if it does help NYC, it would help to get some truth out to more folks, and maybe they would vote a little wiser.

Sargent Schultz and Madcow would be a good replacement as it slips into the trash heap.

Putting her politics aside, I have always found her to be elegant and ladylike.

Qualities that are rarer and rarer in women these days.

Most of the hostesses going back to, but not including Jane Pauley have struck me as being pretty trashy...

I know a guy who repairs city transit buses. He spends most of his workday "under the bus", and he enjoys it.

Notice how Curry's Wiki entry (authored by her or her agent, of course) puts "Cherokee" first in the list, even though the list is not alphabetical.

I remember, back in the 60’s, my cousin saying in front of Grandma, “We’re all part indian”, and Grandma went on a tirade about how we weren’t. We all laugh at how my cousin could spin up Grandma - she got it honestly from her dad.
